Description:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Columbia,
Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata,
Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Montour, Northern Centre,
Northumberland, Perry, Schuylkill, Snyder, Somerset, Southern
Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Union and York.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several more rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms will
track east across the Watch area late this afternoon and this
evening. Rainfall rates of over one inch per hour will occur
and flash flooding could occur where several thunderstorms
train across the same locations.
