* At 224 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles northeast
of Columbiana, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
