* At 342 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hicks Run,
moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
