* Until 615 PM EDT.
* At 525 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ligonier,
moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Johnstown, Westmont, Windber, Belmont, Geistown, Southmont, Dale,
Davidsville, Paint, Jerome, Scalp Level, and Daisytown.
Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.
Instruction:
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this severe
thunderstorm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's
