* WHAT...West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Preston,
Ridges of Eastern Monongalia, and Western Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 6 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
