possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Allegheny, Armstrong, Clarion, Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Fayette, Higher Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson PA and Westmoreland and northern
West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston,
Eastern Tucker, Preston and Western Tucker.
* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Training thunderstorms with heavy rain rates are possible along a
slow-moving cold front that advances southward through the area
this evening.
