Description:
* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and
seas 8 to 13 ft. Highest winds will be located over the open
Gulf waters.
* WHERE...Pensacola Bay System, Western Choctawhatchee Bay,
Eastern Choctawhatchee Bay and Coastal waters from Okaloosa
Walton County Line FL to Pensacola FL out 20 NM.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from this afternoon
through tonight.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
