Description:
* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and
waves 3 to 6 feet over protected waters and seas 6 to 11 feet
over open waters.
* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from early
Wednesday morning until early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.
