* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southwestern Kershaw County in central South Carolina...
North Central Richland County in central South Carolina...
* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Columbia, Forest Acres, Dentsville, Elgin, Arcadia Lakes,
Villages at Sandhill, Lake Carolina, Sesquicentennial State Park,
Killian, Woodfield, Blythewood and Fort Jackson Cantonment Area.
