Southeastern Saluda County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 415 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Additional development is expected into this evening, and will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
