At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Jasper, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, Port Royal, Clarendon, Jasper, Shell Point, Burton, Parris Island and Lemon Island. This includes I-95 in South Carolina between mile markers 14 and 15.
