IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lancaster, Winnsboro, Springdale, Kershaw, Elgin, Heath Springs, Fairfield County Airport, Irwin, Liberty Hill, Monticello, Longtown, Blair, Lake Wateree State Park, Blythewood, Ridgeway, Lebanon Fire Station, Bell Town Fire Station, Henderson Island, Mitford, and Faith Christian School. This includes Interstate 77 between mile markers 28 and 50.
