Description: 
At 144 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Trained storm spotter reports flash flooding occuring in Old Village, with 3 to 4 inches of water moving over the roadways. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant Towne Centre, Boone Hall Plantation, Sullivans Island, Seaside Farms, East Cooper Regional Medical Center and Snowden.
