* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast South Carolina, including the following areas, Central Horry, Coastal Georgetown, Coastal Horry, Dillon, Florence, Inland Georgetown, Marion, Northern Horry and Williamsburg. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A cold front stalled out near the coast will provide multiple rounds of heavy rainfall that could produce rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher amounts in excess of 5 inches possible. - weather.gov/safety/flood
