* At 1229 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Highway 6 at
Lake Murray Dam, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to trees and powerlines.

Andrews, Highway 6 at Lake Murray Dam, Oak Grove, Dentsville,
Riverbanks Zoo, SC State Fair Grounds, West Columbia Riverwalk,
Columbia International University, Five Points, Harbison State
Forest, Seven Oaks, Olympia, Rosewood, and Upper Richland Fire
Station.
