HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include... Chester, Great Falls, Carlisle, Chester State Park, Leeds, Cornwell, Santuc, Blackstock, and Fishing Creek Reservoir.
