IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Lake City, Johnsonville, Pamplico, Hemingway, Hyman, Effingham, Hannah, Friendfield, New Hope, Kingsburg, Scranton, Coward, and Stuckey.
