Description: 
At 219 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over Lead and Deadwood. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding and street flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, and streets as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Lead, Deadwood and Central City. This includes the following streams and drainages... Deadwood Creek and, Whitewood Creek.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
