* WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 540 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated most of the thunderstorm
activity had ended or moved out of the warned area. However,
flooding is still either ongoing or expected. Between 2 and 5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Watertown, Milbank, Big Stone City, Florence, Summit, Rauville,
South Shore, Waverly, Kranzburg, Revillo, Stockholm, Wallace,
Strandburg, Twin Brooks, La Bolt, Ortley, Troy, Marvin and Albee.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
