* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Willow Creek near Watertown.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river appears to have crested and is expected to
continue falling.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
