Heavy rainfall may increase flooding potential across portions of north central South Dakota. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of north central South Dakota, including the following counties, Campbell, Corson, Edmunds, McPherson and Walworth. * WHEN...Until midnight CDT /11 PM MDT/ tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall across portions of north central South Dakota may bring an additional 1 to 3 inches.
