The National Weather Service in Aberdeen SD has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect from 1 PM to 8 PM MDT Monday. * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Corson and Dewey. * TIMING...From 1 PM to 8 PM MDT Monday. * WINDS...South winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 18 to 22 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
