...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 8 PM MDT THIS EVENING DUE TO WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR CORSON AND DEWEY... * AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Corson and Dewey. * TIMING...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MDT this evening. * WINDS...South winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 19 to 23 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
