* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Campbell, Walworth, and Potter.
* TIMING...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM CDT this evening.
* WINDS...Northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity down to around 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
