Description:
At 1017 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Porcupine Butte Housing to near Wolf Creek Housing, or along a
line from 15 miles northeast of Pine Ridge to near Pine Ridge, moving
southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
Locations impacted include...
Pine Ridge, Wounded Knee, Porcupine Butte Housing, Wakpamni and
Wolf Creek Housing.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing large hail.
