At 454 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Harding, or 23
miles southwest of Buffalo, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Harding, Gustave, West Short Pines and East Short Pines.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM MDT Saturday for a
portion of northwest South Dakota.
