Description:
At 312 AM CDT, severe winds were developinb behind a line of severe
thunderstorms. These trailing winds were located along a line
extending from 11 miles west of Grass Ranch Colony to 8 miles south
of Harrison, moving north at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
