Description:
At 636 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Iron Lightning to near Red Scaffold, or along a line from 12
miles northeast of Faith to 18 miles south of Faith, moving east at
25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Dupree, Red Elm, Red Scaffold, Iron Lightning, Intersection of
Cherry Creek and Sunnybrook Roads and western Cheyenne River
Reservation.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds and
large hail.
