Description:
At 826 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Westport, or 12
miles north of Aberdeen, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported. At 8:20pm 60 to 70 mph winds
and quarter size hail were reported 2 miles north/northwest
of Westport.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
