* WHAT...Heat index values between 95 and 105.
* WHERE...Portions of northwestern, south central, and southwestern
South Dakota and northeast Wyoming.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT /10 PM CDT/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses.
Instruction:
Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
