* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Anderson County in east Tennessee... Northwestern Blount County in east Tennessee... Southwestern Knox County in east Tennessee... Northeastern Loudon County in east Tennessee... East Central Roane County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 106 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in parts of the area, most notably between Alcoa and Maryville, with amounts 1.0 to 1.5 inches also noted in the Powell area and between Farragut and Oak Ridge. Given recent rainfall and saturated ground, minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
