* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern McMinn County in east Tennessee... Southwestern Monroe County in east Tennessee... Polk County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 138 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in central Polk county near Archville, and between 1.0 and 2.0 inches have fallen in parts of McMinn county between Athens and Englewood. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
