At 153 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Tennessee Ridge, or 9 miles north of Waverly,
moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Erin, Tennessee Ridge, Cumberland City, Houston County Airport, and
Indian Mound.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
