Description: 
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110. Little to no relief will come overnight as lows will remain very warm in the upper 70s to 80 degrees. * WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee. * WHEN...Until 8 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight lows will remain warm only falling into the 70s to around 80, this will bring limited relief from the heat especially to those that do not have air conditioning.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
