* At 1031 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in
Knoxville. Heavy rain will be moving across areas that have already
experienced flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches
are possible in the warned area.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
