* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following areas,
Blount Smoky Mountains, Cocke Smoky Mountains, Loudon, North
Sevier, Northwest Blount and Sevier Smoky Mountains.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected, some with very
heavy rainfall. Locations that receive multiple rounds or
extended periods of locally heavy rainfall could experience
flash flooding.
