Rogersville, Surgoinsville, Church Hill, Baileyton, Kepler, McCloud,
and Jearoldstown.
This includes Interstate 81 in Tennessee between mile markers 37 and
39.

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
