* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Northwest Carter and Sullivan and southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Lee, Russell, Scott VA, Washington VA and Wise. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and storms may affect the watch area through shortly late tonight. Any additional heavy rains, especially in areas that saw repeated storms earlier tonight, may lead to isolated flash flooding. This will be especially true for portions of Lee, Scott, and Wise counties where area creeks and rivers are running high from heavy rains today. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
