* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Cooke County in north central Texas...
Grayson County in north central Texas...
Montague County in north central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 514 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated very heavy rain due to
thunderstorms moving across the area. Radar estimates rainfall
rates as high as 4 inches per hour are occurring with these
storms. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past
hour. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in
the advisory area.

Sherman, Gainesville, Bowie, Whitesboro, Nocona, Denison, Pilot
Point, Van Alstyne, Howe, Pottsboro, Collinsville, Whitewright,
Muenster, Gunter, Bells, Tom Bean, St. Jo and Lindsay.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
