Southern Taylor County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 803 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Southern Abilene, Baird, Cross Plains, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lawn, Putnam, Dudley, Oplin, Eula, Potosi, Rowden, Caps, View, Bradshaw, Coronados Camp, Atwell, Kirby Lake, Ovalo and Admiral. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 312 and 323. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
