* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas
including low water crossings and city streets.

- At 843 AM CDT, areas of moderate rainfall continue to move slowly
across the area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Roscoe, Santa Anna, Robert Lee, Sterling City, Blackwell,
Maverick, Nolan, Bronte, Miles, Tuscola, Buffalo Gap, Lawn,
