* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Haskell County in west central Texas... Throckmorton County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 739 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen with another 1 inch likely through mid morning. - This additional rain will result in minor flooding of city streets, low water crossings, and other flood prone locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Haskell, Stamford, Throckmorton, Rule, Rochester, Woodson, Weinert, O'Brien, Irby, Lake Stamford Marina, Paint Creek, Elbert, Sagerton, Lusk, and Jud. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
