* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Stephens County in north central Texas... Young County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 845 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Graham, Breckenridge, Olney, Crystal Falls, Lake Graham, Caddo, Possum Kingdom Lake, Hubbard Creek Reservoir, Necessity, Lake Daniel, Gunsight, Palo Pinto Mountains State Park, Newcastle, Eolian, Harpersville, Eliasville, Ivan, South Bend, Murray and Jean.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
