IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Terrell, Royse City, West Tawakoni, Quinlan, Caddo Mills, Hawk Cove, New Terrell City Lake, Lake Tawakoni, Elmo, Union Valley, Oak Ridge, and Cash. This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 between mile markers 498 and 505. Interstate 30 between mile markers 79 and 86.
