Description:
At 239 AM CDT, Emergency management reported thunderstorms have
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
