Northeastern Pecos County in southwestern Texas...
* Until 1030 AM CDT.
* At 858 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and a few
thunderstorms continuing to produce heavy rain across the warned
area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain with locally higher totals
over 5 inches have fallen since early this morning. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
