West Central Medina County in south central Texas... * Until 830 PM CDT Wednesday. * At 1242 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in D'Hanis. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Seco Creek is rising rapidly. Those in flood-prone areas along the creek are asked to move to higher ground immediately. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for D'Hanis. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Rapid rises on Seco Creek. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
