Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas... * Until 245 AM CDT. * At 1246 AM CDT, Doppler radar numerous thunderstorms with very heavy rain moving north across northeastern Coleman County and the northern half of Brown County. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches have already occurred, and an additional 1 to 2 inches is expected. With this heavy rainfall in a short period of time, flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, low-lying areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
