Central Kerr County in south central Texas... * Until 900 AM CDT. * At 300 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches per hour to continue. Flash flooding is already occurring with evacuations, escalating water rescues, and water beginning to enter structures. Rises are expected along the Guadalupe River as well. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Hunt and Kerrville. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
