* At 1054 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
torrential downpours across the warned area. The mesonet site near
Snyder has quickly recorded 1.34 inches of rain since 1017 AM CDT.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
